Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Whether you are here to experience the crane migration, the state or county fair, a national or local trap shoot, or to visit family, this comfortable home is the place to rest. Owned by the same family who homesteaded this farmland in the late 1800's, this home has been remodeled. It boasts all the modern conveniences, but with the farm charm. This peaceful four bedroom home is close to wherever you need to go, surrounded by nature and wildlife.

Our cozy 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Loup City trip. You will enjoy the entire home to yourself! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, Wi-Fi, TV & Fire Stick. During your stay you can also enjoy using a full sized kitchen with Keurig, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living rooms. Our home is within walking distance to the grocery store, park, diner, & bar. Take a short 7 mile drive to enjoy Sherman Lake!

There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. You can enjoy evening sunsets out on the covered front porch or setup your telescope for some amazing star gazing with no light pollution. One of a kind "beach vacation" in central Nebraska! A Caribbean ambience has been quasi recreated in this 1,600 sq. foot space NW of Kearney. The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Eternity Place

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

The Hideaway in Gibbon

Our cozy industrial home is the perfect hideaway in Gibbon. Located just 1 mile outside of town, you will be close to the local businesses and restaurants. Gibbon is one of the premier towns in the country to watch the Sandhill Cranes migration and is home to one of the largest traveled railways by the Union Pacific.
