The Casita is a cozy one bedroom upstairs apartment. The decor is an eclectic southwestern style and is set up perfectly for cozy stays! The bedroom has a super comfy memory foam queen size bed. The living room also has a small futon sofa. It works well for the kiddos but it’s not a great size for adults. If you have a larger group and need more space please consider booking the "carriage house" or the “Second story” Both are right next door and are beautiful, updated historic homes!

Our quaint urban farmhouse was built in 1890 and is a tri-plex. Your home will be all yours and includes a 3/4 bath, bedroom, kitchen and living room with laptop friendly workspace. Outside, it offers a covered front porch (with porch swing) and terrace with grill in the back. There are incredible views of Fisher's Peak and Trinidad both inside and out. Walk to restaurants, concerts, baseball games, trails and much more! Also features a new gel mattress and My Pillow pillows.

Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
