Áskot Cottages offer self-catering vacation homes located on a Family run Horse Ranch in South Iceland. Vorsabær Apartment is very well located for couples travelling in the Golden Circle area. Please notice we are 25 minutes drive from Selfoss town in the middle of the Golden circle area. From here there are 15 minutes to Flúðir, 30 minutes to Þjórsárdalur and within 45 minutes to Geysir, Gullfoss and þingvellir Nationalpark. Check in is very easy, a keybox outside the door. Hekluhestar guesthouse

Our guesthouse is built with the idea that it would be similar to the viking houses in the old days, a big open space, divided in three parts. It's nothing fancy but all necessity can be found in the guesthouse. In summer we offer riding tours, short and long, in May we have the lambing season. The guesthouse is close to family-friendly activities and has huge outdoors space. The guesthouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets)

Snæbýli cottage 4

A warm and brand new house that is located between Vik and Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The cottage is by the farm Snæbýli 1 which is the last farm before heading on the mountain road (F210). It is 56m2 in size and is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and then an open space where you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and breathtaking view. We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.
