En ella podéis encontrar la tranquilidad de la zona del Raiguer de Mallorca, pero a pocos minutos de las localidades de Lloseta y Binissalem. La casa está en rodeada de un campo de almendros, algarrobos y otros árboles típicos mallorquines. De fácil acceso y a pocos minutos de las localidades vecinas. Un lugar ideal para la desconexión pero con las comodidades de la vida urbana. Esperamos que te sientas como en tu propio hogar.

A rustic house very well conserved and refurbished. The house is big and spacious, with a beautiful garden ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones). Die Hauptebene besteht aus einem geräumigen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Salon mit einem großzügigen Esstisch. Fantastische Glasfronten ermöglichen den Genuss der wunderbaren Aussicht. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Speisekammer. Auf dieser Ebene finden sich: 1 Hauptschlafzimmer mit Ensuite-Bad und Ankleidezimmer, 1 Doppelzimmer (zwei Einzelbetten) und 1 Bad.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
