House Marija

House Marija has everything you need to have a perfect family holiday. Situated close to Poreč, but still in a distanced quiet area, offering a lot of privacy with a private swimming pool and big charming garden. Our house can can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms, offering one separate unit. Outside, our guests can enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outside grill area and many children attractions, which makes a perfect choice for families with children.

Charming house 5 km from Poreč. The house has 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette. Beautiful private garden with an outside salt pool, shower and bbq. It also has parking place protected from sunshine. Bike trail is 800 m away. The village has one playground and park only 2min away The beach is located 5km from the house. That would take 8 minutes car ride, or 20 minutes bike ride. Our family produces olive oil. It is possible to buy it while you're our guest

The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.
