Es besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit direkten Zugang zur Panorama-Dachterrasse, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer. Auf der Dachterrasse befindet sich ein Aussenkamin/Grillecke. Kostenlose Nutzung des Panorama-Pools (Salzwasser - von ca. Mitte Mai bis ca. Mitte Oktober) und des großen Gartens mit Grillplatz.

Der große Open-Space Bereich weist auf die antike Funktion dieses Gebäude hin, das früher die Olivenölmühle der Gemeinde war. Die originale Steinmühle wurde in den Renovierungsarbeiten wiederverwendet und bildet heute in abgewandelter Form einen Teil der außergewöhnlichen Inneneinrichtung.

Podere il Giglio is a small farmhouse surrounded by 3 hectares of olive trees, it enjoys a lovely view 'il ciliegio', can accommodate a maximum of4 people. Apartment on the ground floor with indipendent entrance: living room with fireplace and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, outdoor and a private gazebo. In the property there is a private pool (5x10mt).
