Find yourself in a secluded location with surrounding mountain and lake views! We are only 5 minutes drive to the center of Queenstown. Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

An ideal Honeymoon/ Getaway Crib. The Studio overlooks the Remarkable Mountain Range & Lake Wakatipu. It has a unique rustic feel filled with character. Foremost the Studio proudly boasts one of the best views in the area at anytime of day. It's privacy & character ensures you feel relaxed so be left in no doubt that you'll have a nice experience looking at the view from your private balcony while sipping your fav drink. It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry.

Self-contained well appointed Studio apartment located in convenient Frankton. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stop, lake & river and the airport. Full kitchen - fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom with a shower and combination Washer/Dryer. Ventilation system and underfloor heating for full comfort. Private outdoor seating area. Wifi and TV. Bed is set up as a super king but can be separated to accommodate 2 single beds on request. Keyless electronic entry.

Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Guest suite in Jacks Point

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Sunny Studio apartment

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals. Free, unlimited wifi. Parking on site.

Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
