The house has been fully renovated in a sophisticated way and includes a patio. High ceilings, wooden beams, archways, and large windows create an unique atmosphere. Public bus transportation is a 5 or 13 min. walk away depending on where you are going. The closest shopping centre is 2.3 km a way. The airport is a 26min drive away and Perth centre 40 min.

You will admire my place for the coziness and central location, only 12 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the city. Bus stop to airport, city and Carousel Shopping centre is at 3 minutes walk. The Maniana Park is a few steps away, which is perfect for early morning jogs and evening walks. The backyard is accessible all the time for some fresh air.
