Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

This basement unit is always romantically set up, best for couples celebrating a special occasion. (No events no visits allowed) It's definitely one of the most romantic Airbnbs in the area! with its own private hot tub you can use for 2 hours 10pm to 12am. Private Attic room with private bathroom and private entry on the third floor of our home. Comes with a reclinable queen sized bed, smart TV w/free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, a dining table for 2. Lots of steps up to get to your unit. If you have heavy luggage ask me for help. Perfect for solo travelers who just need a comfortable bed and a clean space. Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.

Welcome to Richmond Hill, Queens. Our guest suite offers travelers a comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing around NYC. We are a 1/2 block from the 111 street "J" Subway stop which takes you into Manhattan in 40-50 minutes and is centrally located between JFK and LGA airports. Our neighborhood offers diverse ethnic food typical of Queens, grocery stores, convenience stores, laundromat, etc. Forest Park, which offers outdoor recreation is only 3 blocks away.

WE COMPLY WITH ALL COVID-CLEANING PROTOCOLS. Our one-family home is a wood-frame farmhouse, circa 1900, restored and modernized for optimal comfort. We reside in the house. You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views. We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.

You will enjoy a guest suite within our townhouse. The guest suite is legal and registered. The townhouse is located in Central Brooklyn, convenient to JFK, and a 5-minute walk from the A/C subway train at Utica Ave, which will take you to lower Manhattan within 25 minutes. The neighborhood is walkable, with parks and athletic fields, mom-and-pop shops, bars and restaurants, and shopping plazas.
