A private, spacious condo not affiliated w/ the Hotel/Hotel Operator in the same bldg. Built in 1924, the Ivey bldg was one of Charlotte’s first major dept stores. It was converted to luxury condos in 1995 & now sits nestled amongst the shops, businesses & dining in heart of Uptown. Located near major destinations - the BofA & Wells Fargo Towers, Light Rail, Blumenthal Performing Arts, & Panthers’ Stadium, the bldg location is unmatched for those looking to walk to work, shopping, dining, etc.
