This apartment is cozy and quiet, while walkable to some of Seattle's best shops and restaurants, and centrally located in the city. Beautiful and safe neighborhood with good parking! There is a kitchenette only, no full kitchen. Amenities include a mini-fridge w/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dish tray, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, cookware, and a two-burner hot plate. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with separate sofa bed for extra guests. Stairs required.

Floor-to-ceiling-windows ensure there's plentiful light, while nice touches include the letter and number 3D wall by the spiral staircase. The 100 years old historic structure with original wood floors and restored systems. The ceilings are insulated to minimize any noise to our guests, but occasional noise travel through, so for light sleepers’ white noise machine is available in the loft.

The Suite has a private entrance with french doors that open to a deck and courtyard garden. You’ll feel at “Home" in a very comfortable Queen Sized bed, Full Closet, Large Shower with Shampoos, Body Wash, Lotions, etc., Coffeemaker, Microwave, Mini Fridge, Smart TV, WiFi, and a Laptop Workspace.
