Selah Gardens Studio

Welcome to our studio situated on our farm in Collector. The space has a queen size bed and two single trundle beds. The studio is in a rural location and surrounded by beautiful views and farmland. Your bed-sitter sits above a sewing classroom which is accessed by a staircase. There is no WiFi or free to air TV, however there is a good selection of DVD's The bathroom is downstairs with a limited size hot water tank. Rainwater is precious. We are Pet friendly. Our lovely Kelpie dog is Gypy.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. We celebrate four seasons & the interior provides comfort no matter the weather! You'll see plenty of Aussie wildlife too. A great place to stay, relax and unwind with family or friends ☺️ There is a fire place inside, but just make sure you’re fire safe 🔥 Otherwise there is a heating/cooling unit that keeps you comfortable whichever the season. Enjoy the fresh air, the bright stars at night 🌟 and the beauty nature has to offer. The TV has free to air network and Netflix available.

Our generous garden flat is positioned within walking distance of Queanbeyan town centre, and a 20 minute drive to Canberra CBD. Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. You should find all that you require, but we are in the front house should you need anything. We delight in offering this fantastic space and look forward to seeing you.
