Mia&Nho là căn nhà nhỏ 1 tầng có gác xép, sân cổng riêng. Nằm nép mình cạnh tòa nhà Pháp cổ 3 tầng, trong ngõ yên tĩnh cách đường lớn khoảng 20m, ngay trung tâm thành phố. Không gian gồm 1 giường 1,6m ở tầng dưới và 1 giường 1,2m trên gác xép. Gác có cửa sổ mở ra giếng trời, thoáng mát và nhiều ánh sáng tự nhiên. Căn nhà có bếp và phòng vệ sinh nhỏ gọn, khép kín. Từ đường vào nhà đi qua sân chung có quán cà phê Ngụm. Khu vực là khu nhà ở của bộ đội hải quân nên rất yên tĩnh và an toàn.
