Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Von dieser Oase der Ruhe aus können Sie das schöne Waterland erkunden oder die belebte Stadt besuchen. Alle 5 Minuten fährt ein Bus nach Amsterdam, und innerhalb von 15 Minuten sind Sie im Stadtzentrum.

Everything for a wonderful holiday / short break is present.
