Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). Das Haus ist mit einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer ausgestattet und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Das Highlight dieser Villa ist das Innere und Äußere. Luxuriöser geht es nicht.

The villa is only 2 minutes walk away from the beach. Split is 36 km from the apartment, the nearest airport is Split Airport , 48 km.

Unsere stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich wunderbar für Gruppenreisen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Doppelhaushälften mit jeweils eigener Küche und zwei Bädern. Das größere Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, das kleinere über zwei. Beide bieten eine eigene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Ein Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Poolbereich und Sonnendeck können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Für unsere Gäste stehen insgesamt vier Parkplätze bereit.

The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.
