Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. Restored in July 2017, the house consists of two studios of 28 square meters with each an independent entrance. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed. The BBQ area, the pergola with kitchen and outdoor shower are for common use. The two studios can be rented individually or both. Private parking The house is 5 km from the sea of Donnalucata

A' naca is an old renovated house with a courtyard full of plants overlooking Ibla. The whole apartment on the fresh ground floor is for our guests only, there is a private entrance, a living room with library, sofa and courtyard view, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds and the and a beautiful single room with a view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls' calls.
