V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Von der Terrasse aus bietet sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer und die kleine Insel Košljun. Das Apartment ist mit Klimaanlage, WLAN und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen privaten Parkplatz im Hof. Haustier ist auf Anfrage erlaubt.
