It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.

This charming studio apartment is in a perfect location between the university and downtown. Walking to shops, restaurants and class are a breeze. The unit is on the second floor and includes and bathroom and kitchenette so it will have everything you might need. If you need to stretch out, there is a full kitchen, living room and rooftop patio on the third floor that are shared spaces.
