The 3rd bedroom is a very large loft area with lots of extra space. Free Wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, all bedding/bath towel included, grill on deck. Need more space? 2nd condo next door that also sleeps 12. Our condo is two flights of stairs from the parking lot. (no elevator) The condo has a view of the pool and cove.
