Beautiful apartment situated in the best neighbourhood in Cadiz, La Alameda. Two bedroom air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor of a fully refurbished elegant old building with lift access. Fully equipped fitted kitchen. All the rooms have beautiful fitted wooden floors & double glazing. One bedroom is double, the other is twin and both have good fitted wardrobes. The living room has a modern sofa, coffee table, dining area and television. The brand new bathroom has a big shower and bidet.

Un apartamento ideal para unas vacaciones

Luminoso apartamento muy bien situado. Zona muy tranquila y céntrica, a escasos 10 min. andando de la playa y a 3 min. de la zona de bares, restaurantes, tiendas..... con zonas de aparcamientos cercanas. Cocina totalmente equipada. Aire acondicionado y calefacción, wifi, etc. Es una primera planta y la terraza se encuentra en la parte superior. Estaré a su disposición en todo momento y será un placer poder ayudarles en lo que necesiten para que su estancia sea cinco estrellas. Bienvenidos! :)

You're going to live in front of the sea. Go downstairs and you're already on the beach. In 1 minute. It's very comfortable! At night, from your bed, you'll hear the waves. At the end of the day, watch the sunsets. In the morning, buy bread downstairs. Freshly baked. And have breakfast with your partner on the terrace. At 1, have a snack at La Marea. Go for a run along the promenade. Go swimming in the mornings with calm seas. Go for a walk on the beach. Everything close. One step away.

Modern and central apartment with rooftop pool

A modern apartment in a newly built apartment complex. Our apartment has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a small kitchen but well equipped with fridge, stove, toaster, espresso coffee machine and all utensils you might need. 200m to the beach and 100m to the center where all restaurants and pubs are located, but still in a quiet street. Shared rooftop pool with an amazing view, that normally opens around middle of April until end of October.

Valdelgrana playa Apartamento soleado, wifi.

Maravilloso apartamento, junto al Parque Natural de los Turuños, en el centro de la Bahía de Cádiz, consta de un dormitorio con cama de 150 y un sofá cama, baño completo y cocina independiente, en urb. de lujo, playa a 100m. Hemos aumentado nuestras estrictas medidas de limpieza y desinfección. Piscina abierta desde el 20 de junio al 18 de septiembre. No se admiten mascota.
