Whether you are looking for a weekend get-away or a week or two of real vacation time, I invite you to enjoy my home away from home, Sea View!  Sea View is located in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora Mexico --- an easy 4-hour drive from Phoenix. This custom ocean view multi-level townhome features two large, comfortable upper level master suites with their own bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, separate showers and balconies.  The third bedroom is appointed with one queen size bed on the main level.  All bed linens and bathroom towels are provided along with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap. The open floor plan featuring an ocean view from the living room includes custom furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and dining table for six with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.  The large custom kitchen features ample and beautiful granite countertops and is fully equipped to allow you the option of preparing meals “in”.  Kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, stove, conventional oven and dishwasher.  Glassware, dishes, coffee cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and small appliances are provided including a blender and coffee maker.  Dish towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. And the crowning feature is the incredible ocean view you’ll enjoy from the private roof top Margarita Deck!  Savor your beverage of choice while soaking in the hot tub, lounging in the sun or relaxing under the shade of the large palapa all while gazing out over the sparkling waters of the Sea of Cortez.  Happy Hour is extra special when gorgeous sunsets are the free entertainment! Additional features include wi-fi, ceiling fans throughout the home, air conditioning, heating, a private, locking two car garage and private laundry (laundry detergent is not provided). Sea View is conveniently located an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and clubs.  A short drive will take you to shopping, golf, tours and water activities including fishing, and boating excursions.

Home is near Sam's Club and about 10-12min to the beach and apx. 15min to El Malecon. NOTE: Pool NOT included as pool water is not well kept and there is not much we can do.
