Unsere Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und wir haben gedacht, dass es ein idealer Ort ist, um sich während Ihrer Reise auf Teneriffa auszuruhen. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschtrockner, TV im Schlafzimmer und unbegrenzten WIFI-Highspeed-Internetzugang und alles, was Sie vom ersten Moment an genießen müssen. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt hat es einen Supermarkt und Restaurants.

Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

The perfect space for a couple or two friends to embed themselves into a calming space to relax and unwind. The apartment is strategically located in the heart of a coastal neighbourhood with a 1 minute walk to the beach and a really good connection to the highways roads.

The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
