Ubicada frente al mar, a 1 cuadra de la playa caminando, es una casa de 2 pisos de estilo moderno mediterráneo. Ubicada a su vez frente al parque de Manglaralto, mantiene su privacidad gracias a dos grandes árboles, los cuales también aportan sombra y frescor.
