The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 5 is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. it offers a queen bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, wifi, refrigerator and a peek of the harbor We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

Howards End - Room 2-2 (Queen Bed & Private Bath)

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. Also please acknowledge that you have read it when you sent a booking request. Thank you!

Free On Site PARKING in the BACK of our BnB, is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am

This is a first floor, front room with a king sized bed. Enjoy a mini-fridge, a 40 inch flat-screen TV with basic cable, USB charging station, and complimentary wi-fi. The private bath features a walk-in shower, towels, and complementary toiletries. Check-in is contactless (a short pre-arrival phone call is required). 190 sq feet of space. This room includes a parking spot for 1 vehicle. We are an 18+ guesthouse.
