Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

The villa is located in the center, only 500 meters from the Townhall. 2 bikes are available for the guests, and can be used to bike to the beach which is about 1 km away along the coast. The villa is 120m2, divided into a big bedroom on the top floor, with a bathroom, great panorama window. On groundlevel, a big bathroom, and a open space with Kitchen, dining/living room and 2 bedrooms

Paradise Found

I had fallen in love with this place over 30 years ago, coming here each year before I finally achieved this home. The house has been massively improved and we will eventually make ,, a green,, house having just installed solar panels also a new kitchen installed with new efficient appliances. You will you have Anna (the caretaker) and her team, to meet and greet you and show you the home, and advise you. The lake Bracciano is across the road.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.
