Ponte Tresa, Grenzstadt am Lago di Lugano mit vielen Geschäften, Bars,Restaurants und Boutiquen. Samstags gibt es den traditionellen Markt mit vielen Verkaufsständen mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Schweizer Grenze ist 3 km und Lugano 12 km entfernt. Der Lago Maggiore und Luino sind in 15 min zu erreichen. Markt ist in Luino immer Mittwochs.
