Historic 100mq house from the 1600s completely and finely restored in a modern style. The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

Dating back to the mid-1800s, the house retains its original charm, starting from the entrance with an internal courtyard, which gives an atmosphere of times gone by. The environment is enriched by historic objects, which embellish the spaces and tell the story of the past, while offering all the comforts.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
