La villa si trova in una stupenda posizione con panorama mozzafiato godibile da ogni punto della proprietà. È posizionata in zona strategica per il turismo essendo a poco più di 10 minuti in auto dal centro di Arezzo, dall'autostrada e a circa venti minuti da Cortona. La piscina è una chicca, dalla quale si gode di un favoloso paesaggio ed è ad utilizzo esclusivo degli ospiti.
