It is a typical Positano house on two levels, finely renovated in 2019. It offers large and very bright spaces, both internal and external, and reserves an unrepeatable view from every corner. The first level (130m2), finished down to the smallest detail, consists of 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) - both with magnificent panoramic views -, a large living room, a second bathroom and a kitchen equipped to feel perfectly at home. All rooms have air conditioning and free high-speed wifi service. The level opens on three sides onto a pleasant, very bright terrace. On the second level (130 m2) there is the splendid terrace with breathtaking 360° views of Positano, the Lattari Mountains and the sea, an ideal place to treat yourself to unrepeatable moments of relaxation while contemplating the uniqueness of the Amalfi Coast.

Palazzo Rocco Golden Suite

The Golden Suite is located inside the Palazzo Rocco built in 1820 by a noble Neapolitan family named Rocco. The suite consists of a large living room with flat TV, dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults, balcony with sea view, large vault colored in white and gold, bathroom. One bedroom with Queen Size double bed, sea view balcony, small walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower with sea view window, air conditioning. An independent kitchen with a small outdoor terrace.

Tiny House w/ seaview, pool +secluded gardens

A beautiful tiny house in a tranquil mountain valley between Positano and Montepertuso. Away from the crowds at the beach but near enough to walk down in 20 minutes. The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. The house has a separate front door, living area, small kitchen, fridge, low ceilinged bathroom and bedroom with balcony overlooking pool.

Sail to Capri Positano and Amalfi coast

Wonderful 45 feet boat to sail to Capri, Sorrento Positano and Amalfi Coast or to use like boat and breakfast in the middle of Naples gulf. New sunbed on the bow and New air conditioner also during for sailing. Refitting 2025. Near train station. Parking area is available. Is just few minutes from the center, where are all the shops and restaurants. Has a little terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, has a grocery store right downstairs where you can find anything you need and that does also breakfast in the morning.
