Een villa met 4 appartementen en 2 huizen met zwembad op 2 hectare grond, natuur midden in een nationaal park. Met in de zomer een buitenrestaurant onder de olijfboom waar u kunt genieten van Italiaanse gerechten of pizza. Geschikt voor rustzoekers, gezinnen met kinderen en zelfs groepen tot 40 personen.

Dank der strategisch günstigen Lage ist die Strandpromenade nur 50 Meter entfernt, und alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Bars, Restaurants, eine Apotheke und ein Supermarkt sind bequem zu erreichen. Sie benötigen kein Auto.
