PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Casa Janas – Altes sardisches Haus in Campidano

Casa Janas liegt im Zentrum von Pabillonis, 5 Minuten von der SS131 und den antiken Bädern von Sardara entfernt, eine strategische Lage, um die nur 20 Minuten entfernten Strände der Costa Verde, die Bergbaustätten von Montevecchio und archäologische Stätten zu erreichen. Es war eine alte Tischlerei und dann ein campidanesisches Haus. Es wurde renoviert und modernisiert, wobei einige Aspekte und Merkmale der früheren Lebensweise der Menschen erhalten blieben.
