Ein altes Reihenhaus im Stadtteil El Palo wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett entkernt und saniert, und danach mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern und bietet neben der vollausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, Klimaanlagen sowie der Chill-Out-Ecke auch einen Patio und eine Dachterrasse. Und das alles nur 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))
