Appartamento indipendente all'ultimo piano di una casa abitata dai proprietari. Completamente ristrutturato dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari. Da pagare in loco tassa soggiorno € 2,00 giorno x pax.

Crotto originale di fine 800 completamente ristrutturato con grande giardino di proprietà coltivato con alberi da frutto immerso nel verde e con vista sul lago di Como. L'alloggio è raggiungibile tramite sentiero a 500m dal parcheggio riservato, un'esperienza immersa nella bellezza e tranquillità dei paesaggi a pochi minuti dal borgo di Varenna e di Perledo. Un luogo dove ammirare da una nuova prospettiva i meravigliosi scorci e tramonti. Ideale per chi ama attività all'aperto come il trekking.

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.
