Piccolo terrazzo sui vecchi cortili e lucernaio sui tetti frequentati da gabbiani. Sei a 3 minuti dai treni taxi e autobus sei a 3 minuti dal Market e dall'inizio della via pedonale con farmacia bar ristoranti negozi musei da qui altri 15 minuti sei sulla passeggiata a mare e imbarco traghetti turistici
