VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Located in the heart of the Marche hills with the Sibillini Mountains as a backdrop, "Casale San Martino Agriturismo Bio" is a corner of serenity, surrounded by its own organically cultivated land. The farmhouse is a strategic point 20 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains and 40 from the sea. Guests have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, equipped with a panoramic terrace, veranda, garden with mini hydromassage pool. The farmhouse was recently rebuilt according to anti-seismic regulations.

Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

L'Oliveto is a farm in an olive grove in a tranquil valley five minutes from Mogliano, in the heart of rural Le Marche. The two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor, with a terrace and a table set amongst the olive trees with views down to the swimming pool. There is another apartment on the property, with separate outdoor facilities. The tranquil apartment looks out onto the garden which is exclusively for the use of guests. The owners live on the property.
