Das Dorf Villar Pellice ist drei Kilometer entfernt. Die Straße ins Tal ist durchgehend asphaltiert, aber hat einige Haarnadelkurven.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit direktem Zugang zum kleinen Privatgarten. Im 1.
