Appartamento “ARIA”: zona relax, vista mozzafiato

Il nostro appartamento si trova a 850 metri di altezza, immerso nel verde e situato ai piedi del Pizzo Badile dalla quale si può godere di una splendida vista. Nel retro della casa vi è un giardino spazioso con zona barbecue e a pochi passi solo su previa prenotazione ed con un COSTO AGGIUNTIVO si può utilizzare la zona relax esterna con tinozza e sauna finlandese riscaldate a legna riservate per due ore e mezzo. E' un posto perfetto per le coppie ma anche per i vostri amici a quattro zampe.

La casa sulla Collina del Castello- Privacy totale

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

loft dell'artista. Originale e riservato

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy...
