Un ingresso comune a tutte le unità, conduce all’appartamento che si sviluppa su 150 mq , un open space con cucina attrezzata e sala pranzo, area soggiorno con tv, bagno con doccia in cristallo e soppalco con camera da letto matrimoniale. Nell'ala ovest della casa, secondo soppalco con letto matrimoniale, un salotto con TV, divano letto matrimoniale e secondo grande bagno con doccia.

L'appartamento completamente ristrutturato offre 2 camere matrimoniali o singole, entrambe con aria condizionata, zanzariere, e tv. Il bagno e' in comune per le 2 camere. Abbiamo una sala colazione fornita di macchina per caffè, monta latte, forno a microonde, in cui offriamo una colazione continentale con i prodotti della zona e su richiesta (a pagamento)anche una colazione alla monferrina con salumi,formaggi locali. La cucina non dispone di fornelli (disposizione regionale).
