The sunny bedroom has a queen bed and a full size desk with lamp and charging station should you wish to work remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto our back garden. The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.

We are a stone’s throw away from great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and local grocery store. Located just around the corner from the G train at Myrtle-Willoughby station, we are also a few short blocks from Herbert Avon King Park. There is a Citi Bike station around the corner.

The location is ideal for the Brooklyn experience - Franklin Ave in Crown Heights, a restaurant/bar/cafe strip I’d put up against any in NYC. The only downside is you’ll want to move here. You'll have total privacy! Your host is always present but never seen. If you need me for anything, just knock on our door or send me a message!
