The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.

You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Bus and subway are only minutes away, that will take you to amazing downtown Brooklyn and seconds into Manhattan. After a full day out enjoying the sights and sounds of New York you will return to a lovely spacious bedroom with one lovely king size bed. The bedroom is located in the rear of the apartment away from any street noise .

This is in a charming, renovated townhouse in an amazing location just off Tompkins ave for restaurants, shopping and bars. Easy access to Manhattan via subway - not to mention all the best of Brooklyn - and a relaxing oasis to chill. During your stay everything pictured is entirely yours (except the common laundry area and backyard). I won't need to pass through your space at all, unless you need help.
