The entire house comfortably fits 6 people w/ 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Infants 0-24 mos. can stay for free. Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins and 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Great location in a quiet East Hill neighbourhood close to Art Hauser, the new Lake Country Co-op Leisure Centre and Carlton Gymnasium.

The living room has a pull out sofa, chairs and desk, 34"LG smart TV with Prime.

Its nestled in picturesque forest in a quiet and secluded location, so you will enjoy total privacy. Thanks to our neighbours we also have access to 10 kms of private hiking/biking/ski trails. Its a short drive to Christopher and Emma Lake beaches and 30 mins to Prince Albert National Park/Waskesieu.

Sunset bay beach/marina are only a one minute walk away, which has ice cream and a new restaurant! Enjoy yard games in our large grassy back yard or relax on our peaceful wrap around deck. This is a cozy, newly built home located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Located near the Victoria Hospital, it is a perfect place to stay in the city. The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 showers and sleeps four people. May accommodate up to 5. A queen size bed in the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom both with a tub and standing shower. It also has a walk in closet. A full bed is in the second bedroom. Included in the house are a washer and dryer set.
