Plaža je udaljena 800 m od Vas. Smještaj je opremljen svim uređajima i potrepštinama potrebnim za opušteni odmor: klima uređaji, TV, internet, perilica rublja, uređaj za glačanje rublja, sušilo za kosu, toster, kuhalo za vodu. Svaka prostorija ima klima uređaj te električne rolete. Parking je također dostupan.

The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Villa Elena, apartman ELENA - novo uređeno

Apartman Elena nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Verbinden Sie diese Wohnung mit dem 4 Seasons Rogoznica Studio für einen Ausflug mit Ihren Lieblingsmenschen (max. 8 Personen). Unsere Wohnung wurde 2024 renoviert und ist voll funktionsfähig. Fassade und äußere Umgebung sind gerade in Arbeit.
