Bettwäsche inklusive Küche: Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine. Bad: Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine, WC. Handtücher inklusive. Bereich: 220m vom nächsten Strand 400m zum Supermarkt (Konzum) 500 m vom Stadtzentrum, Restaurants usw. 64 km nach Plitvice Nationalpark 41 km zum Nationalpark Velebit Über dem Haus: Das Haus wurde vor 70 Jahren von unserem Großvater/Vater gebaut. Es war eines der ersten Häuser in dieser Gegend von Senj, es gab keine Straßen oder Straßenlaternen. Heutzutage hat sich alles verändert, es gibt viele Häuser, Straßen, Straßenlaternen und es ist ein sehr beliebtes Viertel zum Leben. Unsere Großeltern wohnen nicht mehr im Haus. Unsere 103-jährige Oma lebt noch, sie kann hier einfach nicht mehr alleine leben. Wir wollten das schöne Einfamilienhaus behalten und haben das Haus renoviert und in 2 Wohnungen umgebaut.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Ljeti se može kupati u jezeru i uživati na vanjskoj terasi, dok zima nudi smještaj u toplini unutarnjeg kamina. Grijanje je automatizirano na pelet, dok si za dodatan ugođaj možete korisiti kamin.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.
