Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.
