Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
