Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

This unique wood structure house has three levels. Each level has it's own entrance, deck and living quarters (we reside on the very top). Long-term tenants live on the middle floor. It has mature pine trees and other shade trees surrounding the deck to keep it cool in the summer and beautiful during cooler months. Just three miles to Whiskey Row there is easy access to trails, hiking, kayaking, parks, restaurants, night life, colleges, museums and many more attractions in the area.

The suite consists of a bedroom w/ large walk-in closet, private bathroom, living room, kitchenette (fridge, micro, Kurig coffee maker, toaster, island, dishes/utensils, etc.) & your own private balcony & entrance. You feel like you're in the country, but only 5 minutes from downtown Prescott!

Our home is centrally located on 1.5 acres. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.
