Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

A great place for people who wish to get a relaxing holiday and a feeling of home away from home. The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.

The house is positioned within Istria’s National park “Gornji Kamenjak”, a place of exceptional landscape values and various habitats. The renovated 38 m2 studio apartment is suitable for 2 people and is located on the first floor of the house. The studio has a double bed (180-200) and air conditioning. The kitchenette is full equipped. The 6 m2 balcony offers barbecue and a view of the town center.
