A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.

Our apartment is situated in the heart of Rovinj - Rovigno, just 400m from the main square and the nearest beaches, but in a quiet street. We have a private parking in our courtyard, which is very rare in the city centre. Cozy and comfortable, the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and features a double bedroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. You will love it.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
