Situato in piena campagna l’appartamento, che è al piano terra, è circondato da campi e boschi che offrono quiete e scorci naturali. È provvisto di parcheggio e dista 30km da Forlì, 50 km dalla riviera romagnola, 10 km da Santa Sofia dove è possibile rilassarsi nelle acque del fiume Bidente e 23 km dalla diga di Ridracoli nel parco delle Foreste Casentinesi. Dista 2,8 km dal centro di Civitella.
