Plenty of free parking, TV, Wifi, ideal for couples or families. Separate laundry facilities and additional toilet situated close by. Pets negotiable, grazing and facilities for horses also available.

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. Enjoy peace and privacy in our newly renovated petite guesthouse, only 20 minutes drive away from both the CBD and the airport. The guesthouse is a separate small building, tucked away behind the garage with its own fenced patio. Many amenities including a bus stop and supermarket are a 5 min walk away. *Please note there are no cooking facilities. Please also note the landscaping is a work in progress but no landscaping will occur while guests are on site. 😊
